What to expect
Honest, fast, no canned replies.
- Response time: within one business day, usually the same day if you email before evening Central time.
- Who you're talking to: Travis, the founder. No support tickets, no escalation queue, no AI auto-replies. You email me, I write back.
- Privacy / data requests: add "Privacy Request" to the subject. We respond within 30 days (usually much sooner) per the Privacy Policy.
- Account deletion: if you can't access the app to delete your account from Profile, email from the address on file and we'll process within 30 days.
